Yes. About a third of participants are learning a sign language for the first time. There is a dedicated beginner workshop group and a "language buddy" pairing for the first two days. All you need is to be deaf or hard of hearing and willing to learn.

You get an email the moment you send your booking request, and the price shown to you is held for 48 hours; your place is secured once your payment is confirmed. Your booking then moves through these states: payment awaited, deposit received, registration confirmed. Once your payment is received over WhatsApp and the team confirms it, your booking is confirmed and your digital ticket is emailed to you automatically. You can download it as a PDF and save it to your phone; it confirms your festival registration.

The opening campaign is limited to the first 60 adults whose payment is confirmed. When the first 60 paid adults are reached, the campaign closes automatically. For the first 60 places the price is €550 per person paid in full, or €600 by instalments (a €200 deposit and 4 monthly payments of €100). After place 60 the price is €600 per person in full, or €700 by instalments.

The first child aged 0–11 stays free when sharing the room with two full-paying adults; a second child gets 50% off. The child's age is counted on the first day of the festival (26 May 2027); the date of birth is required and may be checked against an ID card or passport. A booking can include at most two children (a family room for 2 adults and their children); children aged 12 and over are booked as adults. If one adult comes with a child, the child advantage needs a second full-paying adult, or you can accept a room match with a suitable adult. A photo is uploaded for the child and a festival badge is prepared. The child's extra activities are not free.

Yes. If you tell us in writing at least 7 days before the festival starts, you can transfer your booking to another eligible person. You pay any real, documented extra costs of the name change.

We tell you in writing and refund everything you paid.

The price includes 4 nights / 5 days in a 5-star beachfront hotel, Ultra All Inclusive food and drink as per the hotel's concept, a standard shared room, use of the pool and beach, the opening, parties, entertainment, gala and farewell programmes, and photo and video shooting during the festival. Adventure activities such as rafting, scuba diving, Jeep Safari, Buggy Safari, ATV Safari, night safari, sea activities and the boat tour are not included; they are paid separately and their prices will be announced soon. On the booking form you can ask us to let you know by WhatsApp or email when those prices are announced, and you can send the same request from the programme page; this is only a request for information, not a sale or a guaranteed place.

Right after you send your booking request. Payment is made over WhatsApp: scan the code on the page that opens after you send it, or tap the WhatsApp button, and we send you the payment details there. Opening campaign packages are paid in full only. For the first 60 places, paying in full and paying by instalments are two separate options: pay €550 per person in full, or pay a €200 deposit per adult and the rest in 4 monthly instalments of €100 (€600 in total). The first instalment is one month after you book, on the same day of the month. If that month has no such day, you pay on the last day of the month. You see the instalment dates in your booking summary and in the confirmation email. If you change your mind within 14 days of the email confirming your booking, everything is refunded.

Around 80% of participants come alone. The welcome gathering on the first evening and the small "family groups" that run through the whole festival exist exactly for this.

All of them. The festival doctor and activity leaders included. More than half the team is deaf. For hearing volunteers, fluent signing is a hiring requirement.

Emergency announcements are made visually and in sign language. On day one we go through what to do in an emergency together, visually.

During the festival we stay 4 nights in a 5-star, beachfront, Ultra All Inclusive hotel in Antalya. The room follows who is coming: a 2-person standard shared room, a 3-person room, or a family room for 2 adults and 1 child, assigned automatically. There are no single rooms. If you come alone, you can write the name of the person you want to share with on the form, or accept a room match; we match roommates mixing countries and languages.

The festival runs on an Ultra All Inclusive basis. If you have a specific need — a vegetarian diet, allergies and so on — write to us, and we pass it straight to the hotel and the team.

It depends on your country. We send the official invitation letter for your visa application within five working days of your booking being confirmed; we take your passport number on the booking form and ask for anything else the letter needs at that point. If your consulate wants anything else, write to us.

No. People of any age can come. If you are under 18 we ask for a parent or guardian's consent — that is a legal requirement, not a filter.
