Identity document

Needed for insurance and, where it applies, the visa letter. Giving it now saves chasing paperwork a fortnight before the festival.

There is no right answer here. Not knowing a sign language does not weaken your application — we build the groups around it.

This is an estimate. The exact amount is confirmed in writing in the acceptance email, and nothing is charged at the application stage.

Wheelchair access, tactile signing, a quiet space, light sensitivity — write anything that comes to mind.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, allergies. Passed directly to the hotel and the festival team.

Medication, allergies, ongoing conditions. Seen only by the festival doctor and festival manager.

Emergency contact

Your flight plan, someone you are travelling with, transfer needs.

Optional: deafness certificate, student ID, passport photo, or a short sign language video introducing yourself. Up to 5 MB.

Motivation for taking part

Writing is not required. You can leave these empty.
